Is it just me ?

So apparently I must be one of the unluckiest people I know when it comes to traveling. Because the chain of events that happen before my flights always make me sweat bullets and shed tears of anger.

So apparently I must be one of the unluckiest people I know when it comes to traveling. Because the chain of events that happen before my flights always make me sweat bullets and shed tears of anger.

1. First of all the weather conditions when I start driving always switch between snow or heavy rain.

2. We just missed the transfer to the Terminal by 3-4 min.

3. The bus screen that shows the stations was defective (last time) and the driver didn’t even say a word. Then someone says we’re at Terminal 2, but later we find out that it was Terminal 1. So of course we get off at the last stop which is the other Terminal.

Before getting off, my wife asked the driver for directions and of course he says to take a right after we get inside and after going 300 m in that direction we notice there are no signs that indicate Terminal 1. So in the end we find out that we need to go in the opposite direction. Since I did an online check-in there was no gate number on the Ticket and on the departure table I find no sign of our flight.

4. We wanted to ask the lady at the information desk, but there was a woman in front of us asking about some really complicated stuff regarding a person in the wheelchair. Luckily there was another worker who came to the desk and asked if she could be of assistance. She checked on the computer and we found out that we have go to desk 12D.

5. At the security check, my wife forgot to take out the liquids from her bag so naturally they thought she’s transporting nitroglycerin.

6. After this much stress + stress that I make for myself(because I’m an idiot) I get some kind of red spots on my face(jackpot).

7. Since I’m too lazy to get in front as soon as the boarding starts, by the time we get to our seats the compartment above us is already full and we have to move our luggage further away.

8. The plane had a good hour and a half of delay and this time I wanted to be among the first to get on the plane. So we spent like 40 min on our feet waiting for the ladies at the front desk to start the boarding.

At the end of the day I am happy to get through all of this in one piece and hope that teleportation will be awailable soon. I really wish it will become an option soon because the stress before a trip  kinda makes me nervous about having to travel to my vacation destination :)).

Later I realise that all this bad is caused by me using ”The Secret ” the law of attraction.Anything one obsesses about happens to them.
